The dryer is not giving any heat.

Sounds like the heating element has burned out. If it's an older dryer then that's probably the case. If it's newer I would check the warranty.

It takes my dryer an average of 4-6 hours to dry a load of towels. A regular load of clothes is about 2-3 hours. What can I do?

Hi,

If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have nottaken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then youneed to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should takeplace. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causesfor your dryer to fail.

make sure there is no lint build up inside the round housing where your lint trap goes. the holes in the housing sometimes plug up and you can't see it. one screw at the bottom and rotae slightly to remove. also make sure vent is clear

Clothes not dry

check your dryer venting from the machine to the outside vent,if they are plugged it will not dry properly, then make sure you have good air flow to vent on machine,if not dismantle and clean lint from inside machine, these are inexpensive fixes, then it could be a cycling switch or the humidity sensor bar that needs replace

Fisher Paykel Dryer is taking 3 hours to dry(DeIX2)

Check your cvent going outside. also check to see if the vent is smashed. try using the time dry cycle and see how your clothes turn out. if they are still wet or damp. you have a heating problem. try those solutions.

My fisher paykel dryer does not dry properly. I have to run 2 cylces to make the clothes dry

If you have to run the dryer 2 to 3 times as long to dry the clothes then you just need to make sure the vent hose behind the dryer isn't kinked up and the vent is open all the way out side ,,, that will fix it for you.
