Why does my samsung Syncmaster 403T ck40psnb have a flashing green light with a black screen?
When I turn on my Samsung 403T the green light will come on and stay on for 10 seconds then flash steadily with a black screen. at no time will the screen illuminate.

1) Fuse is good?
2) You must have 5vdc stanby voltage the minute you plug the set into the wall, this is a must have before going further. Please look for that first, then report back what you find. There's an internal hardware electronic part/s of your samsung syncmaster 930 that is cold soldered / defective. I suggest to bring the unit to an authorized service center to fix the problem. regards
FYI, I have found the real solution for this issue with Samsung 403T. It is a design flaw which leads to this problem after a while. Luckily, it can be easily corrected, but it requires medium soldering/electronics skills.
Anybody interested in how to fix it feel free to email me and I'll provide you with the solution. Please make sure that the symptoms of your monitor are exactly the same with the ones described above.
