Amazon doesn’t technically allow one to read books. You buy e-books or downloadable books from amazon and they get downloaded to your kindle app, where you can read them.
You need to log in the same kindle account and the purchased books will be synced automatically. If this doesn't work, you can convert the kindle books to epub file and transfer to ipad. You need to connect your Kindle device to computer and then convert the books in Kindle. After that, you can transfer the books to ipad with iTunes or iTransfer. make sure the new device is registered with amazon. For the galaxy, install the kindel application from the store, then execute it. This will prompt you to register the device. Next log into your amazon account online, go to manage kindle content (option at the bottom of the page), which will display all your books. You can then select which books you want to download/deliver to the new device.
Yes, you can. But, you have to download the Kindle App to your tablet first. Go to the Play Store and enter Kindle into the search box. It's free. After downloading you can open the app and log on with your Amazon ID and password. Then it will download and synchronize and you will see all the books in your library. All you have to do is touch a book you want to read on your Samsung and it will download forthwith and when the progress bar goes to all the way to the end you can open it and read it. One caution, The Kindle app limits the same book to three devices only.

Click the Get your loaned book now button. Your web browser will automatically launch to Amazon so you can accept the loan.
Sign in to your Amazon account.
If you have a Fire tablet, Kindle device, or Kindle reading app, select which device you would like the book to be delivered to, and then click Accept loaned book.
If you do not have a Fire tablet, Kindle device, or Kindle reading app, click Accept loaned book and follow the on-screen instructions to download a free Kindle reading app.
