Lost kindle how can I cancel it?

If your Kindle is lost or stolen, or you transfer ownership to another person, you will need to deregister your Kindle from your account. While registered, your Kindle can access your account. A user can make purchases using your 1-click settings, which could place significant charges on your credit card.

It has been stolen what do i do

If you are 100% sure the device was stolen you need to report it to the proper authorities, and that's all you can really do, considering the warranty doesn't cover loss or theft. Oh, and next time don't get it stolen. ;)

My nephew got a new digiland tablet for Christmas it came locked, how do i unlock it.

I bought a Kindle Fire from a pawn shop. I called Kindle and they walked me through the steps to register and when it wouldn't register, he checked the serial# turns out it had been stolen and the person had it locked so no-one could ever use it. It had not been reported stolen to police, just locked through Kindle. Oh yeah, point being, call the manufacturer tho get it unlocked

Purchased used kindle it was reported losto r stolen. Is it possible to register it and use it?

If it was reported lost or stolen, this is for a reason. You should contact Amazon to return the device to its proper owner, and the police to bust the person that sells "lost or stolen" goods. You might even get your money back.
