I have a Samsung LN52B610 and the remote menu and arrow buttons don't work. I used a universal one and opens the menu but the arrows still don't work. I set both to all the codes but still nothing.

Re-program the remote control.
Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code
Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may
be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.

Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. One among it has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily.

Search the site by type in the brand name of your device, in the "Search box at the top right of the Home page display" to see the set-up codes to your device, with different brand remote controls.

Nx1000, when about to take picture my camera scrolls through all the program's settings without me touching the dial, any ideas what could be wrong?

If you did not drop the camera or nothing is damaged on the outside I can't explain. Did you try to remove the battery for a few moments? this should restart the system. But it the error keeps coming back, check if the navigation dial does not function strange, while in playback mode.
Please make sure you don't touch any button or dial, while shooting a picture. If the problem keeps coming back, please visit your dealer or a certified Samsung service centre.

I have the timer programmed but what mode should it be in Off, Auto or Random? I had it in Auto but the timer did not start at 10 am as programmed! Help!

HB88RC is discontinued timer, replaced by 2-outlet HB800RCL or 1-outlet HB800RCH.
Timer functions should work in AUTO.
Try resetting timer by removing AA battery, reinstall fresh battery, and then reprogram timer.
When programming is finished, press clock button and timer should be in AUTO mode and current time displayed.
If you want to change mode, then press mode button. When exiting mode, press clock button and timer should be back in AUTO mode.
If functionality does not restore, then timer has gone bad.

How can I program my Leviton timer model 6651-I?

Leviton 6651 Manual.
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Leviton-6651-manual.pdf
Timer requires a battery which should be replaced each 12 to 18 months.
Timer replaces single-pole or 3-way switch, and does not need a separate neutral wire.
Timer is for incandescent lights only.
500 Watt capacity
Push the door for manual override to reverse program that is in effect.

The 14 hour timing period is represented by 24 dip switches.
Each dip switch is positioned for ON or OFF.

Click the dip switch right or left
Start at the bottom
For example: ON for 3 hours, OFF for 4 hours, ON again for 3 hours:
Click dip switches 1 thru 3 to ON position, 4 thru 7 to OFF position, 8 thru 10 to ON position
ON position is to the right.
OFF position is to the left.

At the end of the 14 hour program, the timer turns lights OFF until the original start time is reached after 24 hours.
Timer will operate like this while in AUTO mode, until function switch is moved from AUTO to MAN or OFF modes.
Function switch is located at very bottom of timer door.
To activate program (on first day), function switch is set to OFF position for 2 seconds, and then move function switch to AUTO mode, and programming cycle begins.

I am using cable, no box, I want to program in the channels. The channels 1 thru 22 are already programmed but I want to add 23 thru 79 channels I can't figure it out.

The TV might have an auto programing function, which should tune in all available channels that are being delivered thru the cable/from the cable company.

Camer keeps shutting off...it's burry and powers

Digital cameras require lots of power. Bad electrical contacts can cause lots of problems so battery and camera contacts must be cleaned properly. Batteries may be fully charged, but will be viewed as low if contacts are not really good. The LCD screen is a low steady load, but when lens extension, optical zoom, focus, and flash charging are added in the capture mode; the load is very heavy. Bad contacts make cameras do strange things like making bad pictures or shutting off with the lens out.
Do not overcharge.
Reset by removing power up to one month is the ultimate non-physical repair for DVD recorders and other software using digital devices. Digital cameras reset to original settings if batteries are removed. Time required varies with function and camera, but try one minute. Check display and setup menu for non-auto functions and date/time. Remove extra memory to eliminate this as a possible problem. Insert fully charged batteries and restart the camera.

Samsung NV3 Camera

Hey Rider18,
I would try taking the battery out and waiting a minute or two and then reinserting the battery. If this doesn't work I would have it looked at by an authorized service technician, or you could bring it to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they can send it out for service. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

Using flash freezes up camera

When taking pictures, you must really be allowing time for the camera's flash to be charged
before you could take another picture so that camera will have enough time to rest and it
could function normally.
But if the camera was dropped, then it's really causing those kinds of issues like flash will not work properly.

You could still try these steps below:

First, do the POWER RESET:
- Turn off camera
- Remove batteries for a minute
- Reload batteries
- Turn on camera

Second, do the MASTER RESET
- Be in AUTO mode
- Press on MENU button
- Press on the right button until you see SETUP 2
- Scroll down until you see RESET
- Press the right button to pick up on YES or NO
- Press on OK/MENU button for changes to be saved
- Turn off camera for a few seconds so that settings will be refreshed

Turn it on and take a picture.
When you want to have just the AUTO FLASH.

- Rotate the mode dial to PROGRAM
- Press the LEFT/FLASH button until you've seen the
LIGHTNING icon with the Letter A on the leftmost part of the screen
- Try to take a picture by pressing and holding the shutter button
halfway first for 3-5 seconds and then press it all the way down

If it still does not work, you need to contact the Manufacturer.
