This is probably a Server Guide issue. You may check with one step lower verion and one step higher version of server guide. It may solve issue.
If that doesn't work, you may have to manually install OS without server guide. You can use a either use a floppy drive or pen drive to load controller driver. Once installed, rest of the drivers can be downloaded from IBM site or install from server guide cd
For the Sansa e260 4 GB there are 2 versions for the e200 series players: version 1 manual version 2 manual
Check the version of your Sansa e200 series:
go to Settings > Info.

IBM Serverguide will most likely get you going again. Go this link: http://www-947.ibm.com/systems/support/supportsite.wss/docdisplay?lndocid=SERV-GUIDE&brandind=5000008. You can download the ISO image for the version of Serverguide that will let you configure your system. If you have a Xseries 360 version 7.2.03 should work.
The disk that comes with the machine is called the NOS in the manual. It is also known as ServerGuide 6.0.3 which will config your Netfinity up to Win2000 Server. I used ServerGuide 7.3.06 to install Windows 2003 Server. The latest version (IBM ServerGuide Setup and Installation CD v7.4.17) is on the support IBM web site:
