I bought a foreclosed house that did not come with a remote for the garage door. So I bought a universal garage door remote from Lowe's (a Chamberlain Clicker model #KLIK1U). It works a charm. However, now my neighbors can also open my garage door with their remote - I can't open theirs, but they can open mine. Any time they use their remote to open their garage, my garage door also opens. I've seen it happen, and they know happens too. They're good neighbors, so they always make sure my door is down when I'm obviously not home, but still, the situation is less than ideal. How do I fix this?
I have a feeling your neighbor operated their door opener when you were programming your new clicker. Try erasing the memory of your opener and then program the clicker again making sure your neighbors do not operate theirs at the same time. To erase the memory hold the smart/learn button in for 10 seconds.

It's a Chamberlain Clicker Model #KLIK1U.
Sorry I should have been clearer. I need the manufacturer and model number of your door opener not the remote.
Need to know the manufacturer and model number.
