Dude, move on. What does it matter really if you care about her then let it go. You cant wear something out that makes its own grease and if she is with you now, then forget about the past.
But if you cant stop thinking about it then do yourself a favor and let her go before you drive her and yourself crazy...
Don't worry about the things you can't control and prioritize the things you can.

Joining the NAVY?

yes you can. Talk to a Navy recruiter but make sure they are OFFICER Recruiting NOT ENLISTED recruiting.
With your education you may qualify for Nuclear Power school and submarines but also would be given your choice. Remember, you NEVER experimented with drugs. Ever. Good Luck.

What's to do on an aircraft carrier, off duty wise. Is there any place to spend your money? Clubs, or dinners, a mini fast food franchise?

first, there is not much off duty time. most people either stand watch and work 12 hours a day.
in the other 12 you usually sleep, work out, read, watch movies, play cards. there are no clubs or diners. four meals a day are provided and there is a "Gedunk", the Navy equivalent of a small 7-11.

Do you like sleeping in the mud or in a hot tent - join the Army.
If you want an air conditioned bed on a clean ship with hot showers - Go Navy.
