Im contracted to leave June. Is there any way I can enlist with the Air Force also and leave January or February with any job that takes less than 3 months then come back here then head off to Army BCT in June? I just want to know if it is legally possible. Please help I can t find any info on this.

do not lie. It is a felony to lie on enlistment applications and paperwork. also you will want your wife to have medical coverage and the other benefits associated with being a military spouse.

I can't decide which branch in the military I want to join. I'm torn between the army and the navy. Any opinions?

Do you like sleeping in the mud or in a hot tent - join the Army.
If you want an air conditioned bed on a clean ship with hot showers - Go Navy.

What's the best route to take to become a fixed-wing pilot in the military?

I recommend joining the Air Force if you want to become a pilot however, people don't just become pilots after having a Bachelors. You have to meet the requirements, pass the exams and be medically cleared and in shape, this applies to all branches. On the other hand its a challenge that only you can decide. I recommend talking to the nearest recruiter.
