I don't find a repair manual for this OSIM product posted on the web. There are a number of sites purportedly offering parts but none offering a manual. Once such a chair is outside the year warranty, the OSIM repair center appears to want money up front before working on a chair, although they say most are repaired in "one visit." You can try contacting them for information at:
[email protected]. They appear to be based in California.
That said, here is a "shot in the dark" video. This doesn't look like a project one dives into without a helmet. Looks pretty specialized to me. From a quick scan of information, finding someone to work on one outside of the supplying factory is challenging to put it mildly.
