Could be an inner ear infection. Which will upset balance. For treatment antibiotics are usually used. I would highly recommend a vet as antibiotics are only available via prescription.

The walking foot has a spring loaded lever that rides on the needle clamp screw. If you lower the needle into the hole on the walking foot it will remove the pressure and make it easier to attach the walking foot to the ankle.
if the pressor foot anvil doesn't move up and down /back/forth , the machine might be in "DARNING " mode this is usually a small button in the bobbin area , but some machines have them on the back of cabinet as well

Its perimeter (the distance around it if you walk an imaginary fence around you acre-sized plot) would be 834.8 feet.

People are always asking for shoe recommendations. I don't like to make specific shoe recommendations because everyone's foot is different and people have different walking styles. But there are a few basics for selecting walking shoes: 1.Look for a low, supportive heel that rounds (or bevels) in. A thick heel or one that flairs out will cause your foot to slap down rather than roll. 2. A walker's foot hits heel first and then rolls gradually from heel-to-toe.
