There are two options because it is due to two reasons.
1st the LCD has expired for this you need to replace or get it replaced.
2nd and the priority basis method is to upgrade its firmware. Just connect it with data cable and from nokia updater, update its firmware.

firstly u have format ur memory card and then try. if it bcome not ok then i is rejected memory card.

the LCD need replacing so take the phone to a mobile center and have them replaced it fopr you.

Try a reset:
First turn it OFF, take the SIM card out.

Press * 3 send at the same time and turn power on. Keep them pressed untill the reset screen appears.
Give it time to work.

This might not work but it's worth a try.
I think your phone has been Black Listed.
It must have been reported stolen.

Screen works you get a black and white image. The colour stage works you get colour output to TV So my guess is the ribbon connector from motherboard to screen is loose or adrift. Is this something you fell you can fix or 'know a man that can?'
