If this model is under 1 year warranty, I would suggest that you take it to a warranty repair shop or that you ask for a replacement. with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) at no further cost to you for shipping.

Sometimes on the corless sweepers, the internal connection where you inster the charger on the vac will break or be bad. take it in for repair for an estimate.

Yes you can if you have a way to cut through the plastic outer case,(I used a Dremel rotary tool). Inside you will find six double A Ni-mh batteries. I found eight of these for sale on ebay for around ten bucks,then all you do is solder some wire to the batteries like the original battery pack and tape up the case and charge.

It's worth a try Toni, but you originally thought the switch may be broken? They aren't cheap are they! Worth trying to fix it.

Getting a battery might be difficult, but there are ways to disassemble the case and replace the cells inside, probably 2 x 18650 NiMH.

As I said, you need someone with a test meter.

I don't have a Multimeter to test the switch for my swivel sweeper. The battery is charging for my swivel sweeper, but its not turning on

If you don't have a test meter the only (and cumbersome) way to test is with wire, a bulb and a battery. I bet you have at least one friend who could test it for you. Without diagnosis, it is impossible to tell if the battery charger is working, as you are just seeing a glowing LED. The wire or the plug may be broken. You need to test the power at the plug where is charges the unit.

The battery may have failed or isn't holding a charge or the contact ON the battery may be faulty.

Or, the switch is broken.

Or, the motor in the sweeper is broken.

Only a test meter can solver the puzzle :>)
