My renault kangoo 2013 radio won't make any sound, but the monitor says hes playing, the fuse is okay help pls

There is a little door between the steering wheel and door. It opens up to a little compartment that you can hold something small in. You can remove that to find the fuses. On the back side of what you removed is the "map" as to what all the fuses are for.
