Since you did not clearly state what type of instrument or mechanical equipment you are using to blow wet snow with, I will assume you are referring to snowblowers or snow-throwers.
They are not designed to be used on wet snow, since the snow is too heavy- however they are designed to throw light powdery snow

ISnowblower is throwing snow, but also putting snow up on the machine ananda on me. When I finished one row the machine is covered with snow!

There are many factors that can cause this to occur. ONE IS THE WIND, LIGHT SNOW WILL BLOW BACK OR SNEAK THROUGH HE CRACKS OF THE EXIT. if THE SNOW ON THE OTHER HAND IS WET THEN THE EXIT CHUTE WILL ALLOW THE SNOW TO DROP ON THE MACHINE. ONE WAY TO FIX THIS REQUIRES THE ADDITION OF RUBBER STRAPS, YOU WILL NEED TO DRILL HOLES IN THE IMPELLERS and attach the rubber, (this can be cut from an old tire or a floor mat or other rubber that is around 1/4" thick or more. Make the parts the width of the blades and around 2-3 " from tip to base. This will stop the snow from collecting on the walls of the blower and throw the snow farther from the blower.
sorry about the uppercase, did not know I had hit the caps lock, not a touch type person.

Have toro 418 snow thrower prime it and starts but immediately stalls can only keep running if I keep pushing the primer button what's wrong

The fuel pickup tube in the carburetor is probably clogged. I don't know how handy you are, but you have to remove the carb, disassemble it and blow out all the orfices with compressed air and possibly run thin wires into the tubes and holes. Good Luck! the last time I had to do this was in the middle of a snowstorm!

Snowblower won't throw slush

Most snow blowers will not blow slush or wet snow as it packs and plugs itself up. This is normal.
Do not unplug with the blower with it running as you could lose your hand in the process.

Leaks water when it rains or snows on the rug is wet on the drives side only

Most of the time this problem is caused by a clogged drain in the housing under the windshield wipers. In this same housing is usually where the air gets sucked in for the blower fan on your ac/heat system. What you need to do is remove the windshield wipers and then remove the plastic grate under the wipers. Then clean out all of the debris,leafs,dirt,etc...

Snowblower problems

Possible problems
Belt slipping ( too loose or worn out )
Snow too wet and plugs up.
Motor not powerful enough could be running too slow
Could be the gas screw on the carb set too rich and floods or too lean.
Could be trying to blow too much snow at a time.
Depending on the machines age could be just wore out
In saying this I don't know what type or age of your machine

Snow shute keeps pluging up

If you are trying to blow wet snow that will do it and also if the drive belt is slipping that will bog it down and plug it up. Also keep the motor reved up to top speed when operating.

Truck sat outside in blowing snow now will not start. i have pushed it inside and all snow melted in motor , still not start

Check for snow to have entered the air filter housing and clogged the air filter. If the snow has melted, look for the filter to be soaked with water--which will also cause a no start.

You may have a clogged heater core, leaking heating cores still provide heat.

Low traction light is on and i am not driving the car.

Most probably a wheel speed sensor. If you had a scanner you could run the codes and find which one, many time in wet and icy weather they will get a bad connection or the snow and ice get clogged up around them. I hope this helps you! Merry Christmas!
