Your phone has software problem the chip( EPROM )is corrupted ,it needs flashing (reinstallation of software.

This chip contains function program of the phone if corrupted the phone does not function well
If no change I suggest a new phone .

I was talking on phone in the car. Made a quick call. Everything work fine. Than the screen went blank white. I can't see the screen of any application. I take the battery out to see if it would reset the phone and turn it back on. It went straight back to the blank white screen. I try another solution. I use my home phone. Call my phone. It signal as it was off mode. Straight to answering machine. Red light flashes....I then, hold #1 to get voicemail. It did work. So my service is good. So my problem is how can I solve the blank screen issue? Has it happen to anyone before. Battery strong and it's not low on battery level. Thanks for any suggestions.

there is no prblm in battery ur lcd has damaged pls ur lcd.

You need flashing your phone. Power off your phone. Press * and # at the same time and power on your phone while pressing those keys. It supposed to show your phone information. If it shows, notice the phone software version. Search on google and download that version flash file. For flashing you need RSD Lite or Flash&Backup software. Search on google also for these. Additionally, an USB cable is needed to flash the phone.

Solution for Frizzyloo:
The most likely problem is that the connections between the phone and the screen have disconnected or are not connected properly. See if the screen will work if the phone is slid down or half way up etc. Try pushing down on the area around the screen and see if it works then.

Also get it to a repair person if this problem is continual. The problem will not be covered under warranty unless you get it in for under a year and it's worth replacing the connections.

Solution for Zeewon:
Try starting up the phone with out the sim and if it starts fine then your sim needs replacing. Try the same with the memory card. Also check your battery, there should be a sticker around where the contacts are and if it's red then your battery and the back of your phone have been wet. Wipe the back of the inside of the phone then replace the battery.

if u r able to hear the start up tone and key tones LCD may be the problem.In some cases flexi cable also may be the problem.
if the phone is not booting means(no start up tone and key tones) softwre issue. but s\w issue is very less
