I have a Sony Bravia KDL-52W3000 52" about 1 year old. Has been a great tv till now. Now when I turn the tv on in the morning There is ghosting on the left side of the screen and 2 verticle white lines across the middle. Then after about 5 minutes of warm up they go away and all is fine. Any clues as why this might happen???

I was wondering if you were able to solve this issue. i am having the same exact issue with my tv. and i did not get an extended warranty thinking that nothing would go wrong with a sony tv. i learny my lesson the hard way. Can you please tell me what the tech told you or what you did to fix this problem. All your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks once again!!!

hi, were you able to resolve your issue? Can you pls reply? I think I'm having same issue with my KDL-52W3000 Sony. When TV starts, I see ghosting on the screen. You can literally see that when images changes, it's like its doing a water color pasting and half the time portion of screen stays blank (like upper left or lower left etc). After few minutes it goes away on its own. Its like we are back to old aged cell TV that they would have to be warmed up before it would show good images.
