Most likely you need DVD software on your Notebook.
If you have real player installed,click with the right mouse
on CD player icon,choose open with real player.
If you do not have real player try to find DVD player software .
Just hit the button on the CD drive and it will pop open.
Put in a DVD and close the drive.
Wait a few seconds and it will give you options.
Select "play with Windows Media Player" and you're done.

uninstall / reinstall / update the laptop vga driver
change the display setting to different resolution

If you have some other Presario 700 model it may still use the same sound driver. You can search the site for your particular model to be sure.

This POST code means there is a problem with the RAM.
Reseat the RAM and if the Dell still does not boot up then -
If it still does not boot up then could be faulty. Remove the RAM module/s and take them to your friendly computer repair shop and get them to test the RAM for you.
