This is a rhetorical question. You have spent long time on internet until your R4 50MB became exhausted and your airtime was programmatically been used on the internet. Please make sure that u buy more MB than airtime to avoid this situation.

depends if your carrier supports roll over airtime otherwise it will hold onto that airtime forever until the time it is supposed to expire that might be shown on the phone's display or reported out to you when making a call

Did you make at least one call per month on the tracfone? If not this maybe one of the reasons the call is restricted. You may have to manually receive your minutes for the month by: Pressing the menu key, when the prepaid menu appears press select. Go to redeem airtime or add airtime. If your screen displays a message scroll down and press ok until you see Card# or Airtime Pin. Enter 555 then press enter. If it says promotional code select no.
