Ink pump motor may be not working first you need check your cp is original.. After that remove drum unit disabled the unit and clean ink detection sensor and ink pump motor

i have one copier i have the same problem
clean the drum with the tissue "warning don't clean with the wet cloth or wet tissue
just use only dry!!! it may cause the drum damage on it
clean it with the dry tissue
or
replaced the drum
my be the drum expired due to ther amout of copies
Hi , when you get a new drum unit you should be fine , the cleaning blade drum and everything you will need would be in there already , you can just slide in the new one
