I can't open my iPad 2 it told me to change my passcode I did now it will not let me swipe it open what can I do

I think I opened my iPad 2 too many times I changed my passcode and it says swipe to open but touch control does not work nothing is

You should log onto Itunes, and when you go on Itunes you connect it. After that you just have to restore your ipad and go through the setup again. The only problem is that all the things you have saved on the Ipad will be erased.

Go to settings > passcode > turn passcode off ! At each stage you will be asked to enter passcode for security! After this is complete when you go to settings > passcode, you should see "turn passcode off"

i dont know of any way to do this without a factory reset. first shut down you tablet. then start it up in recovery(hold power + volume down). and last use volume buttons to scroll down to factory reset

How to set up password on my new ipad mini

The following can be done on ipad with iOS 8:
1. Press the home button( the round button on the front side of your ipad), to go to the home screen.
2. Find the Settings icon ( looks like gray clockwork gears) and tap on it to launch the Settings app.
3. After settings app is started try to find on the left side of the screen Passcode ( has a red lock icon near the text) and tap on it
4. In the passcode setting screen you can choose the type of passcode with the Simple passcode setting switched on or off ( simple means a 4 digit number, not simple means any character combination

2 ipad problems

By replacing the screen you have to connect 3 ribbon cables.One of them is the digitiser (touch panel) and most likely this connection isn't good. Usually i check this while the iPad is still open.
