Does the tablet power on when plugged in?
Have you tried a different power outlet, or a different power adapter?
Does the connector on the tablet seem loose or will the tablet charge if you hold the charging cable firmly to the charging socket?

Depending on your answers, it could be a bad charging port on the device, or a bad power adapter/cable, or a problem with electrical outlets. The remaining option would be a battery problem.

if you plug it again is it indicate charging.
if yes it can be power button problem.
if not it can be softwear or hardwear error.
you have to repair it.

Well have you tried java.com or used the play store if not java is not designed for your type of tablet, just like flash isnt for android devices

Is this a problem with your tablet, or a problem with the router? Can other devices access the router? Can your tablet access other routers? Identify which device has the problem so that we know which device to troubleshoot.

I removed harddrive from tablet pc and copied neccesary files onto drive via USB to IDE adapter. Then re-installed harddrive into tablet pc and now it works.
