I have the same tv and the fix was the power supply board that had 5 capacitors that were blown. there was a black goo on the top of the capacitors. The power supply board is in the middle top of the tv once you pull the back off. replace the bad caps and you should be back in business. My 50 inch plasma fix costed $5 in parts (5 capacitors) and $9 in shipping fees. Much better than the repair shop. If you know someone who can solder for you or if you can do it yourself, it's very easy to fix.

I have an old Carrier N1340 air conditioner that works when switched on, green light flashes 4 times, for a few times then it shuts down. There is also a flashing red light inside that unit.

There will be a list of flash codes in your manual or on the inside cover of the unit indicating what the problem is eg. low pressure or high pressure alarm

Mitsubishi ws48515 when plugged in hear a click and the green light starts blinking and set does nothing

This is a common problem with this unit.
1. Un plug the unit.
2. Take the back off of the unit
3. On the far left side you will see metal box standing up. Inside the box is your DM board. Remove the box from the unit.
4. Remove the DM board from the box.
5. Inspect these Capacitors to see if they are bulging or defective.

C81A2, C81A3, C81B3 and C81B4. The Value of these capacitors are 1000MF/16V

6. If any of these capacitors are defective, replace them all with capacitors at this rating. 680MF/16V
7. Make sure that when you replace the capacitors that you have the correct polarity. The - side of the capacitor goes toward the markings on the board.
8. Reinstall all parts of unit.
9. Plug in unit
10. Wait the 90 seconds or so that it takes for the DM to boot up ( Green Flashing Light )
11. Once Unit stops flashing you should be able to turn it on and enjoy.

Good luck to you.

Green light flashing on back of unit near power cord also green light flashing on motherboard near power supply plug in.

I would suggest trying to replace the power supply. If that does not fix the issue, i would need to hear more about the computer.

The Power Light is Red

yeah, should stay red when unit is turned off, indicating there's power but it's doing nothing.

Per user manual:
Solid red - power off (standby mode)
blinking red - power off (now cooling)
blinking green - power on (preparing to light lamp)
solid green - power on
