This could be a thermostat problem. It can also be the temperature sensor itself. Try replacing both. On some fridges the replacement sensor and thermostat are both coming together.

try to check your thermostat setting adjust below gradually,
you set it up to coldest point that's why it's doesn't cycle on no auto shutt off and shut on,
if still not change for 12 hours still freezing up,replace thermostat by your technician,might defective.have a nice day
