MSDC means Mass Storage Device Class, when MSDC on LCD
it indicates you are in USB mode. Have you recently connected your device to your computer by way of a USB? If you have did you click
on the safely remove hardware button on your task bar before removing it? Have you clicked on the menu button on your camera
to check if the MSDC is listed in your device option?

I get the blue screen with MSDC on it, it doesn't turn on unless plugged into the wall/electronic device, it wont turn off after I get the blue screen unless I unplug it, and it's been chargin

It is charging by USB port using ac adapter, can also charge by computer USB port during picture uploads and downloads. Do you need an instruction manual.

My battery and memory card are in correctly, and it has been "charging for two days, but everytime I turn it on a blue screen that reads MSDC comes on and no matter what buttons I press nothing...

The MSDC simply tells you that the camera is connected to the computer. In order to use the camera to take pictures, you have to disconnect it from the camera.

I have a vivitar 8025 camera it has on the screen msdc what does this mean?

The MSDC option in digital cameras stands for Mass Storage Device Class. It is one of the many subclasses of the USB computer peripheral connection protocol.
This class as implemented in digital cameras, allows a connection between a computer and a digital camera by showing the digital camera, when connected to the computer, as a removable disk drive, temporarily attached to the computer. Pictures taken are retrieved using either cut and paste, copy and paste or drag and drop from the digital camera's picture folder onto a real hard drive or other writeable media available in the computer.
