How do i get the MSDC off of the screen of my camera so i can take pictures

MSDC means Mass Storage Device Class, when MSDC on LCD
it indicates you are in USB mode. Have you recently connected your device to your computer by way of a USB? If you have did you click
on the safely remove hardware button on your task bar before removing it? Have you clicked on the menu button on your camera
to check if the MSDC is listed in your device option?

Is the camera connected to your computer by the USB lead ?
