Can you tell me if this Lumix DMC TZ! camera comes with PicBridge feature? If so, where can I pull it up at on this camera?

Yes, the camera has PictBridge capability.

From the Setup menu select "USB". Make sure the camera is set to PictBridge instead of PC. For further details, please refer to the section "Printing the Pictures" in the manual. If you need a manual, you can download one from the manufacturer's web site at http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/support/Cameras-Camcorders/Digital-Cameras/Lumix-Digital-Cameras/Operating-Instructions/model.DMC-TZ1K.O

Continuous or fast photo captures

Pics are about 2 per second. If action is fast, like downhill snowboarding, then may not be fast enough for you. Use MOVie mode at 640 by 480. Not bad.
