When you select your numbers, try using the numbers before or after the original. The tumblers may be a little offset.
The fastest is to call a locksmith.

If it's got a key way a locksmith can pick it , ps I've picked most locks but never had a safe to learn with but what you can do is go on youtube put in lock picking and try and get a phone number off one of the sites good luck colin

any locksmith can help you on this... you don't say what safe you have so I'm thinking a gun safe.... safe should be in the open position and you need to know the present combo. and you will need ownership papers. if you don't have prove you owe then call us.

If it's a brand name gun safe etc, .purchased through a lock shop..likely only the original combination may be recorded..nothing if you've changed it since then.
some safe's have a code label..that can be used to get the combination from the manufacturer once you prove ownership.
if there are extreme valuables inside it can be opened by a safe specialist and/or locksmith.

I can only give you a very basic answer as you provided NO information on the make and model of your safe. First, some safes allow you to change the combination with the safe open so if you have the keys ...no problem. Some on the other hand require you to know the combo to change the old one like passwords, especially if it is one that allows changes from a factory setting. Hello firma....Your best bet is to call your local locksmith. Show him proof that this is indeed your residence and ask him to open the safe and change the combination to one of your liking. Make sure you nail down the fee in advance. Don't be afraid to offer him 80% of his asking price. Also, ask if he can incorporate your home with another trip to the neighborhood for a reduced rate. hi, on mine if you open the door their is a red button press and hold for five seconds, then release put new code in then press again for 5 secs turn thelock to lock position do not close the door, put in the new code and see if it ulocks, if so, bingo, DO NOT CLOSE THE DOOR TILL YOU ARE CERTAIN THE CODE YOU PUT IN WORKS, hope this helps, mine only has a four digit code but i think its the same set up.

Hi, There is only one way, and that is to send a letter with the serial number to Sentry and if the info matches who is supposed to own it, they will send you the factory default combo to open it. Good Luck!
