My nextbook 8 android version 5.0 keeps shutting off while playing a game fully charged what do I do

Hold the volume UP botton down when it is OFF, then while holding that button down press and hold the power on button and keep both pressed for about 10 seconds. Then release.

sounds like the battery is not charged up or taking a charge, check to see if the adapter is putting out voltage at the plug/pins.

it may need a new battery. If it works whilst attached the charger but not when detacheched, it may be that the battery has died and will not accept the charge. It is possibly a bug in your Rom. Please report it to the manufacture's website and if it is an android custom rom then report to the developer or Flash a more stable rom
