There are a lot of reasons to print to a .pdf file. Most of the times it will be for backup purposes. A lot of times you get confirmation numbers or other important things. Well not always do you want or need to waste paper to save the information. Printing to a pdf file has a million great uses and here is a great and easy way to do that. There are a lot of programs available that offer this feature but here is a small, easy and FREE one that works great:
Step 1: Follow this link:
http://www.dopdf.com/Step2: When you are on that page just click the get it link at the top and that will open the download dialog box.(red arrow points to it)
Step3: Download the program
Step 4: Run/install the program. Select your language. Then click next
Step 5: You can click next on every new window and then click install. Then click finish and you are done. Note: One option that you may want to select is setting dopdf to default. If you feel you will be using a lot then you may want to select this option now. Otherwise feel free to click next until you click install and then finish.
Then you are all set and ready to print to pdf. When you print in any program just make sure dopdf is in the pull down box. Like the picture below. Thank you so much and enjoy -LeeTheDeuce
