Just contact Amazon and Return it. Log into your Account, click Orders, Find that Item, click Return, it will ask why? Tell them it leaked and set on fire when you used it for the fist time!

Most libraries have computer facilities that include printing.

Usually there is a Help section on the Amazon web site. If it wasn't from Amazon, you may need to contact the vendor directly.

This is the worst printer! i advise everyone not to buy!! changing ink every week!!!!! total garbage!!!!!!

Try a little light oil on the silver shaft that the carrier slides on, if that doesn't do it then the carrier motor needs lubed, it is under the case on the R. rear corner.
