To remove icons, you usually touch the icon for a few seconds till the icon or the phone vibrates, then there should be a trash can to drag to. I don't know if that would work on your flip phone though.
will need to buy a new battery if it not that it could your apps open press the square on the left ad will come up with what open then at button it will say close tab press that then your battery should not go down too quick
If the phone has been used a lot, or is more than 12 months old, your battery is weak. It may keep your phone on for a couple of days without use. or be able to send and receive messages with no problems but transmitting stresses the battery a lot more. I suggest a new replacement battery, an original Alcatel one would be best, but very expensive. It might be cheaper to get a new phone/contract and certainly it would cheaper to buy a substitute on ebay.
