SOURCE: my remote wont work. I replaced the batteries,

You can check whether a remote is operating by 'looking' at the diode output with the screen of a digital camera, still or video. When you press a button on the remote, you should see the diode light up on the camera screen.

If this isn't happening, the most common problem with remotes is the crystal inside detaching from the circuit board, particularly if it's been dropped. Someone who knows how to solder can fix this if so.

Logitech pure-fi Anywhere 2 Remote Control not working. Tried a new battery & still not working? any suggestions?

I received my anywhere one week ago, the remote didn't work, reracking several times didn't help, I replaced the battery with minus to plus vv. and then put it in again properly, working flawlessly since. Logitech won't advise this method but it's worth trying.

Remote not working

What happened before it stopped working? Are you sure the batteries are not damaged?, some new batteries don't have charge in them, a factory defect.
