If you are being blocked then it is likely that you are not entering the login details that Facebook is expecting, whether they have been satisfactory in the past or not. You could try this, go to the login page here:
Facebook
just under where you input your password you can click on "forgotten password". This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.

if you di-activate your account then all you have to do is login. But if the account is totally disabled you must register another account co'z what i've know that once your account is totally di-activated you can no longer retrieve all the files that you have uploaded or even open the account. Better to ask the admin on facebook. Just a thought hope it helps thanks.

You cannot login the facebook account if your computer has been blocked. You can contact your network administrator to unblocked your facebook account. It happen to me sometime. I just click the network administrator on the blocked facebook website and fill up the requirements and follow the instructions and send. They will email it to you. Just try it.

Login to your account - click on the Account - Account Settings - in the settings window, locate the "deactivate account", it's at the bottom of the page and click "deactivate" you'll get a warning, provide positive input and logout again. Next time when you try to login you'll be prompted that your account has been deactivated. You can reactivate it by following the instructions. Good luck
