My friend change my dir user id and password how can i get it
Ok. This is an issue on your settings in your email client especially MS Outlook. I "presume" that the mails you are downloading come from the same email address. This is typically the case of Outlook's default installation.
This is how email clients work. When you click SEND/RECEIVE, sends unsent emails (emails from DRAFT FOlder) and receives all emails by downloading emails from your web server. With MS Outlook, it deletes all emails from the web server (like mail.yoursitename.com) when it downloads them.
Solution:
1. Open MS Outlook. Click Tools => Accounts
2. Click Mail Tab and select your Email Account => Properties.
3. Click on Advanced Tab
4. Under the Delivery Section: Click on the checkbox "Leave a copy of messages on server" and choose further from the other options.
Make sure your other email clients have this settings. After setting this things, your emails will still be available for download even though other PCs have downloaded them already.
MS Office outlook does the same. Also Thunderbird. But the procedures will vary since commands are placed on different menus and stuffs!
I hope this helps!
This is not the problem with the network but the problem is with the outlook express configuration. I would like you to reconfigure the same fix up this problem.
If you download mail from 1 mailbox, this mailbox can be emptied only once. So if you get the mail with desktop 1, desktop 2 cannot receive mail anymore.
You have to setup 2 different mailboxes, one for the first desktop / user and one for the other.

Is it only mail that is not working? Can you browse the web from both desktops? This will tell us if it is a TCP/IP configuration problem or something wrong with your email configuratioin. Usefull commands to diagnose TCP/IP problems are good old PING and IPCONFIG. If you have a friewall that blocks outbout connections perhaps this is your problem. The standard windows firewall does not block outbound connections. Are you using something else as firewall? Try this command and let us know if it connects. "telnet Your.Pop.Server.Domain.Name 110" without the quotes. Have a play with those and let us know what you find.
