You need a confirmation code, this has probably happened because you were hacked. The confirmation code will be sent to a contact you provided when you setup Facebook, such as your e-mail or mobile phone. If the hackers changed that information you need to contact Facebook directly.
hello yes im afraid this is an ongoing problem with facebook at the moment a breech of your security details is most at fault here with alot of hackers out there its no wonder ,this happened to myself also only a couple of weeks ago the only solution as i tried the same method ,would be to register a new account ,you can try reseting your password there are options to receive activation code by email or by phone ,use the phone code ,you will also need to register a new email address i hope this helps you some all the best goodluck
First, I suggest you reboot the confuser (computer).
Next, I'd suggest logging into Facebook with your own access codes. If FB atomatically logs you into your spouse's profile, you just need to log out of that profile and log into your own.
Unfortunately, I can't offer any useful suggestions if you've forgotten your access codes.
