These sandals are a little different from just rubber sandals but the remedies may still work. Or you may want to try just some home remedies which I have recommended people with rubber shoes try. A quick fix can be to wash the sandals by hand once in a while to get them from smelling. Use soap or alcohol to scrub them off and put outside to dry, but since your shoes are not rubber alcohol might effect them differently. This may get rid of what collects on the sandals and gets rid of the smell. Then let them air dry, putting them in the sun can be most effective.
