On Zeki Tablet you had to hold both the "Reset" button and the "volume up" button at the same time for about 15-20 seconds it than boots into Safe Mode which you can select a full factory reset. NOT VOLUME DOWN.
If this fails, 1 888 999 4215 is Zeki support. If in warranty, tell them of failure of factory reset. They may request it be sent to them.
