Developing disengaging motor error. Run the component test to verify that
the print developing disengaging
motor is working correctly.
. Reconnect the connectors J468 and
J1020 between the developing
disengaging motor and the DC
controller PCB.
. if motor is not rotating Replace the developing disengaging
motor.

problem due to cairtage leaver lock cairtages not engage properly i hv found max problem of this leaver it found damaged due to improper opening the doorpls follow above steps if problem not resolved then call hp engr for 4th step.
