Asko d3251 randomly stopping during cycle.

The thing that immediately comes to mind is a faulty door switch or latch. The door switch can be replaced and you might be ok. But the latch would be more tricky to check. Sometimes if dishwasher is not level or if the door springs are misalinged the door tends to slip and release the latch due to pressure. It works when you open and shut. But not sure about the night time cycle. That sounds a bit creepy if it starts again by itself. Why not put a tape around the door and then start. That will help eliminate the obvious ones. The other thing that exends dishwasher cycle time is the lack of adequate water temperature. Could be heater or thermostat or both.

How make the door open automatically when finish the laundry

Hello,

Welcome to FixYa,

These model of Asko ( based on the number listed ) do not have such an option. On these models the Program Control knob must be at the end of a program (at the 12:00 or zero position) to open the glass door.

If you need to stop or interrupt a program after you start the machine, turn the Program Control knob

to 10 (Drain). Any water in the machine will be pumped out and you can then press the Door Open

button ( ) to open the door. To restart the washer, close the door and turn the controls to the desired
settings.

On the electronic control models, if you need to open the glass door during a wash or rinse cycle, press and hold the Door Open button for three seconds. The machine will stop and automatically drain enough water so the door can be opened safely. The program will resume when you close the door. The inlet valve will come on to

ensure the proper water level.

In case of mechanical failure, you can use the Emergency Door Opener located by the drain pump. To use the Emergency Door Opener, remove the screw holding the cord handle (loop) and pull the cord down.

Hope this answers your question even if it isn't necessarily the answer you wanted. Thank you for choosing FixYa and good luck.

Regards,

Macmarkus :)

First make sure your door switch is making proper contact. If not replace it. If it checks out ok than your main control board is bad.

Asko 1585 Dishwasher

do they flash lik all on one side then the other? Start a cycle, then open the door. Do the lights flash the same way when you open the door as when it stops? if soyou may have a door that needs to be adjusted so it closes better. when the cycle ends, is there any standing water in the bottom? if so you may have a poorly routed drain hose or a partial clog in it. Last, pull the bottom panels off and look inside the bottom of the dishwasher and see if there is standing water down there . If ther is you have aleak somewhere or a bad drain pump. You r only other choice is a bad pressure switch. If youve already adjusted the water fil to the proper level ( just up to the grey plastic housing that the lower wash arm sits on) tehre really aernt any more options. Hope this helps!
