Well according to what is says you need to update the mp3 player so connect it to the computer and when you brought the mp3 player it should have come with some software, if it's installed good, no go into the software look for somewhere where it will say up date or something.

If you were still unsucessful the my final solution would be to connect it to your computer and format your mp3 player by going to "Start" - "My Computer" - Look for your mp3 player on there prefrably called "Removable Disk" once you've found it Right-click, then click on "Format". Once format is complete hopefully the problem will have been fixed.
