Delete a Gmail Account
Log in to your Gmail account.
Click on the "Settings" button found near the top of any page of your Gmail account.

Click the "Create My Account" button when you are finished completing all of the input boxes. You will then see your account details displayed on the screen.

May I just reiterate what you have said. You created a new yahoo account. The problem is, as what I have understood, you have deleted your new yahoo account instead of the old one. Now, you asked how did you get confused with it. My answer is, I have no idea at all. I was also wondering why did you delete the new one instead of the old one. Step 2: Enter your email id (which is you want delete) and password

Step 3: Read Instruction

Step 4: Enter Password (bottom of the page)

sorry cant restrore this.....you have to create a new one.

You need to create new account, if it still occur like that.

If your yahoo account was just deactivated (due to non-use or your deletion attempt) within last 90 days, you can reactivate it by logging in again. However, once deleted fully or beyond the deactivated 90 days period, there is no way you can recover that account. However, you can create a new account with that name.
