touo have bricked your phone due to messing about with important files/partitions on their LG Neon LITE and found that it won't boot up and gets stuck in a boot loop. try to Flash / Unbrick your LG Neon LITE
Your Screen connector might have dislodged. These things are common in case of sliding phones or where phones are dropped or handled improperly. Also humidity/dust make a coating over the contacts of the connector over a period of time. So try removing and putting back the connector. Else I'm afraid you may have to change the screen.
It's probably the small interconnecting cable (flexible circuit board) between the main board and screen. This component often fails due to the sliding design of the phone. You can get an inexpensive replacement on ebay (just search for Neon phone parts usually out of China around $2.50 includes shipping) but you'll need a bit of technical support to put it in if you aren't comfortable with taking your phone apart (14 screws). It's not difficult but a bit tricky to get the cable connected back to the main board (do the sub board connection first). I've done this on an LG neon that was in the recycle bin (I'm sure that's where most currently are) and it worked fine, but it's still a poorly designed phone.
Hi,back light for phones are controlled by an IC inside the phone on the board of the phone. The one on your phone is bad and will need to be replaced for light to come on back.
ok so i might sound really stupid because the lg neon's keypad is for dialing only but yesterday i was like pressing a bunch of buttons on accident and like letters came up on the touch screen and like i pressed the end button to see if it will go back to normal and now i cant get it to get lit to text on the keypad i cant even believe it did it and it was totally by a mistake has this ever happened to anyone?
there isnt a way 2, its super annoying but if u make a template then every time u do amessage press the mail button on the keyboard, type ur message, go to insert, then text template then click urs
I had this same problem and went into panic mode. I tried taking out battery and put it back and the phone would work but not the screen. So I went to at & t website and I tried reset the first way and it worked. You have to leave battery out for at least a minute. Or it does not work! Hope this helps!
1 ) remove battery and then 2 min later put back in. try again.
2) mine did that when it got wet. Remove battery, allow to dry in a warm well vented (over and under) area, Put battery back in 6 to 12 hrs later, try again. Worked for me!
This is a known issue with the Rumor. If you take your phone into a sprint repair center or call technical support, they will most likely repair or replace it for free.
