The reply from the administrators is robot answer that states if it is a site question then respond with hello where by nothing happens and the question to the administrators goes unanswered
Because they do not care, trust me. I have been a volunteer expert on this website since 2008, know all too well about the staff.

Hi Bill I live about 20 miles from their corporate headquarters I'm in a place called Concord California which is in San Francisco Bay Area. I have no other way to get ahold of them except for the contact Link at the bottom of the Facebook page, and yes I have inquired about their outdated prohibited words some of them interfere with technical advice I try to give out on cars
One of the words that came up as a prohibited word was as in "pull strapp" the word strapp (mis-spelled on
Purpose) is prohibited
