What does -00 and several beeps mean on the breadman ultimate display?

that is a temperature alert to advise the user that the oven chamber is too hot to begin breadbaking. This usually happens when a loaf of bread has been baked and a 2nd one is attempted before the breadmachine has cooled off.

If you are leaving the unit plugged in all the time, you may reset it by unplugging it for about half an hour.  If this doesn't clear the problem, the timer unit is bad and will likely need replacement.  If you like the unit, consider a new one...or another brand

I had the same problem recently, however my machine was in use. I unplugged the breadmaker, let it sit and cool. After 1/2 an hour, It was functioning properly. If this doesn't solve the problem, after plugging IN try holding STOP/RESET button for 3-4 seconds.

If there was a power outage one of the internal circuits could be messed up giving you this error. You may want to contact the maker and arrange for repair service or diagnostics in house.
