E019-0000 is displayed on the control panel.
Workaround :
This error code is the indication of the waste toner container being full or a problem with the detection mechanism. Actions to be taken are:1. Turn the machine off and check the waste toner container. If the container is full, empty the container. Clean the inside and outside of the container's neck with alcohol. Be sure that the neck is clear and not soiled with toner before placing it back into the machine. Turn the machine on and check to see if the code went away.
2. If the container isempty and the code is still displayed, check the neck of the container. Turn the machine off and check the container,if the neck is dirty, clean the inside and outside with alcohol before placing it back into the machine. Turn the machine on and check to see if the code went away.
3. If the machine still displays the code after the bottle is emptied and the neck clean; check the sensor, the sensor connections to and from the DC controller PCB for continuity, and the proper positioning of the sensor. Replace the sensor if it is damaged or excessively soiled with toner.

hi dude i dont think u have problem with drum cleaning blade coz it not making trouble for me from last 5years.
just replace the crona wires both charge and transfer and clean the whole scanner mirors .

could be either or LSU glass, or charge corona. inspect drum and fuser and look for similar patterns. do a skyshot (open the platen cover to make a black copy) and stop the copy process while the image is being formed (hit copy with the cover up, wait just a second, and open the side door while it still running the copy). This will jam it but you can see the toner on the drum and look for patterns.
