From my study of various forums, it is likely you have a problem with the IMA battery pack, most probably weak or shorted cells leading to a difference of more than 2 Volts between sections of the battery pack. Sometimes weak cells can be reconditioned with a full discharge/recharge cycle (often called rebalancing) to break up nickel dendrites inside the cell. The battery generally must be removed to perform this procedure.
However, before you tear apart your back seat to get at the IMA battery, check that the 12 V starter battery and its connections are good; problems here could cause errors in the IMA monitoring circuit. Make sure that any provisions for cooling the IMA battery compartment are working, i. e., that vent slots, cooling fins etc. are not blocked or loaded with dirt. The battery pack is cooled by a fan that blows through the battery from just behind the back seat; the air exhausts into the trunk from the IMA electronics section.
I also found these definitions:
P1449: Battery Module Overheating, Battery Cell Overheating, or Battery Module Deterioration
P1600 - IMA System Malfunction
P1601 - IMA System Malfunction without Indicator Lamp
Caution: the IMA battery has 120 Ni-Cd cells in series and can deliver a high-voltage shock (as high as 144-158 Volts) even when it is in poor condition.
Here is a well-written article on battery rebalancing/reconditioning:

You should have it checked by a qualified tech. Auto zone dont do diagnostic repairs, they can only give you trouble codes.
