SOURCE: Are a credit report and a credit score the same

No. a credit report is a data filled report containing all your financial history and data about payments you've made, loans you've taken and your banking history etc. Whereas credit scores are a 3 digit number that is given based on all the information in your credit report. So they are linked but very different.
