I use a Satellite. They are not heat friendly. Use canned air to blow out the vents on the side & back and blow out the fans on the bottom. Get a cooling fan for under the computer. Try to use it on a firm or hard surface since a soft surface won't allow air flow. Blow it out at least every 2 weeks.
