From what you have described your Frigidaire refrigerator's filter display is not changing back to green after the filter has been changed. I understand that the compressor continues to run after your Frigidaire air conditioner has turned off. From that information it sounds like there could be a possible issue within your control panel or relay. I would recommend a reset on the appliance, to perform a reset unplug the power cord you will see a test button, push that button and you will hear a click. You would then press the reset button you will hear a click again signifying that the appliance has been reset. Then plug your air conditioner back in.
