You can change your Apple ID to any other email address you control, as long as it's not already in use as an Apple ID. If your email address ends with @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com, you can't change your Apple ID. You also won't see Change Apple ID on your account page or the option to delete your email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 10.3 or later. SOURCE: macbook

Go to system preferences, select Accounts. Whoever set up the Mac should be listed as the administrator, so click on administrator name. This will bring up the password change icon. Click on it and change your password. (You might want to check out those Parental Controls, too. :)

Caller id on my iphone does not work

Check the Settings. It's probably something that's OFF but should be ON.

If that doesn't work call Applecare, visit an Apple store or check the online Apple forums

Change apple id password

Changing your password for your Apple ID if you know it is easy:

Follow these steps to change your Apple ID password.
  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Click "Manage your Apple ID" and sign in.
  3. If you have two-step verification turned on, you'll be asked to send a verification code to the trusted device associated with your Apple ID. If you're unable to receive messages at your trusted device, follow the guidelines for what to do if you can't sign in with two-step verification.
  4. Click "Password and Security".
  5. In the "Choose a new password" section, click Change Password.
  6. Enter your old password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password. Click Save when done.
The next time you use an Apple feature or service that uses Apple ID, you'll be asked to sign in with your new Apple ID password.

If you don't know what your password is currently, you'll need to know which situation applies to you:

If you know the answers to your security questions
  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Click "Reset your password."
  3. Enter your Apple ID and click Next.
  4. Select "Answer security questions" as your authentication method. Click Next.
  5. Select the birth date associated with your Apple ID, then click Next to begin answering your security questions.
  6. After answering your security questions, you will be asked to enter and confirm your new password. Click Reset Password when done.
If you have access to the email addresses associated with your Apple ID
  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Click "Reset your password."
  3. Enter your Apple ID and click Next.
  4. Select "Email authentication" as your authentication method. Click Next.
  5. Apple will send a message to the primary email address or verified rescue email address associated with your Apple ID. Open the message and click "Reset Apple ID password".
  6. When the My Apple ID page opens, enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.
If you have two-step verification turned on
  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Click "Reset your password."
  3. Enter your Apple ID and click Next.
  4. Verify your identity: Enter the Recovery Key you were provided when setting up two-step verification, then choose a trusted device that will receive the verification code from Apple.
  5. After entering the verification code, create your new password and click Reset Password.
If you don't have your Recovery Key or are unable to receive messages at your trusted device, follow the instructions for what to do if you can't sign in with two-step verification.

If you don't have access to the email on file and/or don't know your security answers and/or don't have the device or code associated with two-step verification, please call AppleCare at 800-692-7753.

You will need to verify your identity using two separate pieces of information which will vary depending on your account, but after verifying your identity you will be able to have a password reset email sent to you within 24 hours.

Active lock icloud

Activation lock issues happen when there is a lock with your old ID or another issue with your Apple ID. The quickest resolution is to take the device to an Apple Store and they can quickly remove the lock. Otherwise you would need to call AppleCare and they can help you resolve that as well with a process that takes a little bit, but still helps you unlock the activation.

How do I change my password on apple i-pod

Your Apple ID and password are two key parts of your Apple Account. You can use your Apple ID and password in iTunes to sign in to the iTunes Store, buy content, and authorize items you've purchased. If you already have an Apple Account, you can use your existing Apple ID and password to sign in and buy and authorize items you've purchased from the iTunes Store. Your Apple ID must be a valid email address, for example "[email protected]." Your password must be at least six letters or numbers, and is case sensitive.
You can change your Apple ID, password, or personal information at any time by signing in and clicking View Account at the My Info page (http://myinfo.apple.com). Changes you make to your Apple Account while you're in iTunes are also recognized by other applications where you use the same Apple Account (for example, the online Apple Store, MobileMe, or iPhoto). You may be asked to verify your information the next time you use your Apple Account to purchase something in another application.
You can also update your personal details linked to your Apple ID should they change. The country of the primary address associated with your Apple ID is used to determine the correct iTunes Store country, when activating your iPhone, and by other applications where you use the same Apple Account.
